Depending on production schedule, it is normally 30 to 45days. Most of the time we have stock.
Q4. What payment and trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Shenzhen price.
Q5. Is it easy to operate and what can I do if I experience any difficulty?
Firstly, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one operator.
We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company.
We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.
Q6. Is spare parts available?
We would supply the most commonly necessary spare parts in shortest time.
Q7. What is the guarantee and maintenance period?
The guarantee period is one year. We guarantee that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects.
Q8. Will you send technician to install the machine? How many days?
Of course. We send technician for machine installing and initial training, and it's free for 15 days.
